Payment for your VIP Day is due in full at the time of booking to secure your reserved date. This is a one-time, non-refundable service, and your scheduled day is held exclusively for you. You may reschedule your VIP Day once with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Please note that no-shows or same-day cancellations will result in forfeiture of the session without a refund.

VIP Days are intended for task-specific support only, such as inbox clean-up, tool or file organization, or similar implementation work. Strategic consulting or coaching is not included in this service. To ensure a successful and productive experience, a 30-minute prep call is required prior to your VIP Day to review your task list, confirm access to necessary tools, and finalize details.
